Content block variables not displaying

After upgrading to version 2024.9.0, the content blocks on one of my pages are not displaying their content.

Here’s what one of the blocks (there are four of them on this page) looks like in page builder:

Update: for certain roles that I have defined, refreshing the page will allow the correct values to display.

My superadmin user, however, is still not able to correctly view these blocks even when refreshing the page.

If I had to guess, this appears to be a bug in the initial render of the content blocks.
