Corteza 2021.9 docker issue

I noticed that Corteza 2021.9 docker image is not running in Docker Swarm mode. The containers keeps getting in completed status.

Seems like the image is missing CURL and due to that the healthcheck was failing and the container exits.

I created by own docker image with CURL in it and it worked fine.

PS: I could`nt find docker build scripts for 2021.9 so could not send a pull request.
