CRM and Case Management

Maybe (probably) dumb question. Is the CRM and Case Manager 2 different installs or simply configuration ?
I need both and to speak to each other. Permissions will something like; “all users have CRM access, SOME users have case management access.”
Cases will always be derived from existing customers who would/should already be in the CRM.

Hey, they are two different namespaces (configurations). Permission system is per resource so you’ll need to configure it per namespace.

Workflows can create cross namespace records so you can use that to keep them in sync across namespaces.
