Date selection error after upgrade to 2022.3.1

Quite strange… only 2 reports so far of that happening.

I am getting the same issue. Selecting a date on the date picker with “date only” selected hangs the page. I’m on the Corteza cloud instance, Windows 10 Pro, firefox v101.0

@Lincoln20XX - did you try the workaround?

  • go to admin/modules//“date and time” tab and uncheck the “DateOnly” option? you will have to do this for every date/time field that has UI input.

Yes, and that’s how I’ve got it implemented.

All of the fields we’re working with are not timestamped so it’s very much not the way I’d prefer to do things. But it does work.

Im currently trying my hardest to replicate/debug this issue. Hopefully, it will be fixed by the 2022.3.3 release. I will update the status in this thread.

Do any errors appear in the console when the window freezes?
Does it freeze for a different person using the same instance on a different machine? So I can rule out machine-specific problems.

After a long process the issue that was causing this has been fixed and will be released with the 2022.9.6 version.

The issue was date selection in specific timezones because of a conversion bug
