We have upgraded the app from 2021.3 to 2021.9. We had exported and deleted one of the modules. We are trying to re-import the module and we are getting and error.
Import failed: Request failed with status code 403
We are trying see what is causing the error. How can we look at what is causing the error.
Do you have sufficient permissions? Can you access the rest of the system? If you try to run the import with a super administrator account, does it work?
We had the permissions right, since we were able to import other modules. We had to go through and delete some fields and try it again, it was a basic text field, we do not fully understand why. The main issue, we did not see any errors in the admin log viewer. For now we rebuilt the module manually and moved on.
