External Authentication Provider // cannot delete or update

Version : 2021.9.4

I cannot disable (Admin → External Authentication Providers - OpenID Connect).
I can uncheck and save. The Operation is successful but if i switch panels and come back OIDC provider is still enabled.

There should be a button to delete a provider also.
