I miss a vital feature of a CRM, namely the allocation of incoming mails (several employees, general account to one or more customers). Is this feature already included in the CRM and I have not found it or can it be customised?
It can be done but it isn’t a part of the CRM so you’ll need to do some extra configuration and programming on your end.
Unfortunately, this isn’t (yet) well documented so let me know how experienced you are with programming and DevOps bits so we can help out with proper instructions.
Hello! Thank you for the quick reply. I myself can customise, but not program. A friend and developer would support me. I would be very grateful if we could get some useful hints, as the posting of correspondence from different e-mail accounts to customer accounts really plays a decisive role for us.
