Fetch all record to update with condition

Hi all,
I have a problem when try to update compose value as this workflow.
LoadALL (4) (2).json.zip (2.4 KB)
As end result, I saw that I must spend 32second to update 30 record ( I disable all others workflows)
Now how can i tune it get better performance.

I had fixed this issue,
My module is enable dedup checking,and when a record was updated the workflow fetched all records
