Filter a record list to redirect to a specific page

Is there a way to filter a record list to redirect to a specific page?

For an example, I created a page ‘Sites’ for the Enviromental Department. The ‘Account Name’ ‘Address’ ‘City’ etc. are record selectors being pulled from the Sales Department.

On the page ‘Site’s’, the record list shows all this information which is from the Enviromental module, however, if they select the address, it will redirect them to the Sales Department rather than the record page for the Environmental module.

Not sure exactly what your end case is.
On record click we will always open the record page for that records module
On record selector click, we will always open the record where the value comes from (its related record page)

Therefore if you wish to open the environmental record page, you need to click on the record.
