General feedback loop flow

Hi.

Was wondering if there’s documentation on a general flow for feedback loops.
I see that we have this forum and I’ve seen other forums too and I guess there might be other places; possibly even Issues on the repo. And there’s also the roadmap that is a static page.

It doesn’t seem possible to suggest/request & vote for features and don’t get me wrong this may be the current project’s policy.

I was just wondering if I am missing something or if we can propose a more standardized approach?

That’s part of the confusion.
In their Contributing page

they state the place is this forum.

(Saw yours and other requests on the Discussion page, nonetheless)
