How to access users PC Camera?

I have a need to give user facility to snap photo and save to database.

For this I need to allow user to capture photo by connecting to users PC Camera or Mobile Camera.

Has anyone done this?

Dose anyone know how to achieve this?

i suppose you could do this via client scripts.
You can access the stream API from there.

How do we enable this feature?

In my local instance I am not able to specify that a Workflow is for client or server. Am I missing something here?
