How to assign shorcut keys to various buttons?

Accessing by buttons by click on them is normal but it would be great if we could assign shortcut keys to them.

Like for example Ctrl + S to Save button to trigger save button actions. Ctrl + N to New button etc.

Can we do this?

if yes then how?

As is, there is no such feature.
It was mentioned a few times but we haven’t gotten around to it
