How to setup Corteza on my PC?

Hello,

I am very new to Corteza.

I have used many other low-code tools like Frappe Framework, etc.

I would like to setup Corteza on my local PC. I have one PC with windows 11 and another with Ubuntu 22.04.

What are the steps to setup and use Corteza for building custom applications?

If possible I would like to set it up without Dockers as on my Windows PC I am already using Virtual Box.
