HTTP 405 Error on testing Email Relay


I’ve configured the Email Relay as described in Email Relay :: Corteza Docs

On testing the configuration I receive not 200 OK return as expected, rather I receive an HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not Allowed

I’ve tested on two different systems with v2022.9.8 and v2022.9.4 - both return the 405 error.

In the logs I’ve received no message. On the testsystem (v2022.9.8) i’m working without nginx directly on port 18080.

Is there some needed config parameter to enable sink API?
Can someone help me in this case?
