Permission doesn't open in 2021.3.9

When I try to open the permissions dialog in 2021.3.9, nothing happens, and the browser console reports:

I apologize, there was a bit of a mixup with the release tags, and we accidentally pointed to the branch currently in development. We released 2021.3.10 yesterday to resolve this issue, so I kindly ask you to upgrade.
