Looks like this might be a bug (it only seems to affect number fields) in 2023.9.7. We also have an environment group on v2022.9.7 and the bug is not present in that earlier version. Suggest you create an issue in Github with the details?

Hey, thanks for reporting this. Not sure how recently it broke, but It has been fixed on the 2023.9.7 version. If you update pull the docker image again it should work as expected.
