I have created an ansible role for installation. If anyone is interessted.

Actually it creates an 1 node docker swarm with openresty proxy (and valid SSL Certs), corteza, percona and gotenberg.
I ll extend it. Suggestions welcome

This video is OLD. This this installation procedure will not work, it does not make provision for persistent storage, and has other errors as well. Docker is now on version 4.3 as oppose to 3.5
